Calcium is playing a vital role in our body only calcium makes our bones and teeth strong and also makes good nerve and muscle function. If you have insufficiency of calcium then you have to start drinking milk every day this is the easy way to boost calcium in our body. Much other food is also there which increase calcium in our body Like in vegetables spinach is the best to increase calcium, in fruits banana is good to increase calcium, soybeans is also increase calcium. So to boost calcium and want to make bones and teeth strong also want to good nerve system then start drink milk and other food which increase calcium.
