It is very important for enjoying a good working lifestyle is to liberate yourself of work related stress. It is possible that you have been constantly given difficult assignments by your boss, or you may be finding it difficult to schedule the working hours. In some cases you’re probably being bullied by your colleagues. This can destroy both your mental health, and perhaps your self esteem. Moreover it can inhibit your working progress, and reduce your efficiency and competence in performing tasks. It can also effect the implementation of your decisions.
