Every one knows diet is necessary for the human being life because it gives as good health and good looking personality but some time it gives bad effect for the human body, it has increased many diseases and many problems but important problem is that we are increasing weight. Now a day every one wants to good looking personality but we are taking very oily and spice food that’s we increase weight problem. We are control this heavy weight problem by using regular exercise and take low fat diet. Researcher has found natural diet and regular exercise program are giving a good health personality and change a life style but it necessary to we use this types of program.

Actually we are taking many types of exercise like walking, jogging, running, swimming or riding a bicycle but we should do different-different types activities on different days.
