We have different health related issues that are affecting men and women. It has been observed that women generally neglect their own health taking care of their husbands and kids. Women are prone to general health problems t that men, simply because of their physiological make up. Women health related issues are obesity, depression, menopause, pregnancy menstrual disorders etc.

Some of the beneficial things that should be kept by women for a good and sound health are:

  • Always plan for your pregnancies, by talking to your doctor, this will increase the chances of having a healthy baby.
  • It is also good to have regular screening and checkups, so any underlying health problem can easily be detected before it spreads to other parts of the body. Some diseases like cancer will always have a detected early by regular medical checkups.
  • Persistent backaches, urine colour changes, lumps on body, regular headaches must be checked by a doctor; it might be a warning signals to a serious illness.
  • A sudden gain or loss in weight must not be ignored it might a warning signals to an incurable health diseases. Moderate eating habits must be imbibed to prevent obesity, because obesity increases the chances of heart diseases, diabetes and others serious diseases.

    Finally, women should be educated about the various risks factors to avoid any health problems. But we have some genetic health problems that cannot be avoided but many others are still under your control. Regular medical checkups must be adopted, encourage the doctor should tell you how frequent your visiting should be and ask him all the necessary vaccines you will need to keep your body as strong as ever.
