No matter if you are the manager of a large office or a home business, the stress of the day takes a toll on you. Thus there are some tips for staying calm throughout a busy day.
*Â Before jumping out from the bed when the alarm sounds, lie flat on your back and take a few deep breaths. Then do some easy arm and leg stretches and after that gently wake up from the bed.
* Motivate yourself with positive thoughts. Think… “Today, I’m strong and calm and ready for life.” You might even want to say this aloud or make up your own little song.
*Â Listen to relaxing music during the day.
*Â Take time to show your iove and appreciation to friends and cherish your family. Hug a child, extend a friendly greeting to a neighbour or share a pleasant memory with an old friend. Play with your pet for a few minutes.
*Â Remember to take an absolute break. Stop working you are doing and enjoy a cup of tea or juice, or piece of fruit.
*Â Leave your desk or work area even if only for a few minutes.
Hopefully you will find ways to liberate your mind and renew your spirit, slow down your stress to relax.

Now, women with breast cancer may be able to avoid chemotherapy by taking an extra drug. The London researchers, from the Cancer Research UK Centre for Epidemiology, the Wolfson Institute for Preventive Medicine, and Queen Mary’s School of Medicine and Dentistry, combined the results of 16 other research projects into LHRH agonists and breast cancer.

LHRH agonists like the drug Zoladex switch off the ovary and stop the production of a female hormone which can encourage some tumours to grow. Many types of breast cancer are sensitive to hormones produced naturally by a woman, including the sex hormone oestrogen, and can grow faster if a woman is producing them
The overall findings offer a more reliable indicator as to how well the treatment works which is as follows:
¢   Pre-menopausal women given LHRH agonists did as well as those given standard chemotherapy.
¢   This is an additional, effective class of drugs in the fight against breast cancer.
¢   the women did better with cancer 13% less likely to come back.
