<p>Is your feet just plain sick of pulling on and off those heavy winter boots? Those who utter a big YES, shall read ahead others can leave.</p>
<p>These symptoms are an alarming call to clean one&#8217;s feet. Try this salt scrub to rejuvenate your tired feet while smoothing out the calluses.</p>
<p>Mix together:<br />
1 Tablespoon of coarse, clean sand<br />
1/4 cup light canola oil<br />
1/4 cup liquid hand soap<br />
1/4 cup sea salt<br />
1/4 cup Epsom salt</p>

<p>Add 5 to 10 drops of Peppermint oil to this paste. This oil adds vitality to your dry skin.<br />
Dip your feet in water so that it gets wet, apply salt scrub to it and then gently massage all around the feet. Press softly and frequently on your heels while massaging. Rinse off the salt and pat dry. Moisturize. This is one of the home-made beauty products and likewise there exist many.</p>
<p>One should not consider exhaustion and fatigue asÂ disorders. They are symptoms and can be related to everything from stress to illness and diet. Meaning they can be worked upon.</p>

<p>Contra-indications:<br />
Peppermint has antispasmodic properties therefore use during pregnancy is not advised.<br />
Suggestions for use:<br />
