Many vegetables and less meat – eat to live longer

Scientists have long thinked that low-calorie diet (about 60% compared to normal) can assist extend the life of guys. Many lovers of the research on animals, including monkeys, suggesting a reduction to 30% of the diet can compact the risk of heart disease and cancer than half, and increased third life. But now that, a British research team has discovered that the key effect is the reduction for a precise protein – motioning – and not a reduction diet.

That intends that by eating fewer foods containing proteins (such as fish, meat and other grains) – people shall live longer without cutting the total amount of meals in general. Though the work of British science team just stopped on fruit flies, but the collection believes that in other animals, including humans, shall also distribute such reactions. Speaking on the Telegraph, Dr Matthew Piper, from the Institute for Health Aging at the University of London, said vegetarian diets can be an efficient way to achieve this.
