No matter if you are the manager of a large office or a home business, the stress of the day takes a toll on you. Thus there are some tips for staying calm throughout a busy day.
*Â Before jumping out from the bed when the alarm sounds, lie flat on your back and take a few deep breaths. Then do some easy arm and leg stretches and after that gently wake up from the bed.
* Motivate yourself with positive thoughts. Think… “Today, I’m strong and calm and ready for life.” You might even want to say this aloud or make up your own little song.
*Â Listen to relaxing music during the day.
*Â Take time to show your iove and appreciation to friends and cherish your family. Hug a child, extend a friendly greeting to a neighbour or share a pleasant memory with an old friend. Play with your pet for a few minutes.
*Â Remember to take an absolute break. Stop working you are doing and enjoy a cup of tea or juice, or piece of fruit.
*Â Leave your desk or work area even if only for a few minutes.
Hopefully you will find ways to liberate your mind and renew your spirit, slow down your stress to relax.
