Moisture which is contains urea of lactic acid is more effective for hand and nail. Second main thing is always wearing gloves when you are using harsh soaps, detergent and chemicals and when you are doing some work which can damage your hand such as gardening. For the good cleansing effect massaged with a drop of lemon oil twice weekly in to the nail plate.
