The MacMillan Cancer Support the United Kingdom points out in a valuable report, the importance of sport not only in prevention of primary tumors but also recurrence. The document cited some scientific research that over the years have shown a reduction of mortality noticeable among the cancer patients who practiced sports during and after treatments to combat tumor.
Examples? With a physical activity moderate at least 6 hours a week can reduce the risk of being defeated by a bowel cancer and the recommended minimum (150 minutes per week) would be reduced by 40% the risk of recurrence for breast cancer.
